The Hull Street Festival was established by The Hull Street Merchants Association in 2009.
Since 1952, the Hull Street Merchants Association (HSMA) has been helping Richmond business owners. HSMA not only promotes businesses along the Hull Street Corridor, but we are also a voice to improve public services and public awareness of Hull Street.
Hull Street is filled with various businesses, from locally owned shops to award winning restaurants. Our goal is to promote unity in the Old Manchester community while increasing visibility for local business in an effort to boost the area's economy. Old Manchester is a thriving environment and we wish to spread awareness and encourage new visitors and merchant support through our family friendly, non- violent festval!
